Print-ready file correction starts at $59. The exact price depends on the number of files, the required corrections and whether any part of the artwork needs to be recreated. You will know the price before production begins.

What should I send with my artwork?

Send the rejected artwork, the printer's error message or email, the required print size and any template or specification sheet supplied by the printer. These details help us prepare the file for the correct requirements.

Can you fix the file if I do not have the original source file?

Often, yes. We can review PDFs, PNGs, JPGs, screenshots and other flattened files. Some files can be corrected directly, while others may require partial or complete recreation. We will explain what is possible before sending the invoice.

Can you guarantee that my printer will accept the file?

We prepare the artwork according to the specifications and instructions you provide. Because final acceptance is controlled by the printing company, we cannot make decisions on the printer's behalf. However, we will carefully review the stated requirements and prepare the file to meet them as closely and accurately as possible.

Can you add bleed to an existing PDF?

In many cases, yes. The method depends on how the original artwork was created. Simple backgrounds may be extended, while more complex designs may require partial recreation. We will review the file before confirming the work.

Can you fix low-resolution artwork?

It depends on the artwork and the required print size. Some images can be improved, but simply changing the DPI number does not create missing detail. Logos, text and graphic elements may need to be recreated for a genuinely sharp result.

Can you convert my logo into a vector file?

Yes. If the printer requires AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF artwork, we can review your logo and confirm whether it should be manually recreated as a vector.

How quickly can you complete the work?

Available turnaround options include 24 hours, 48 hours and 5–7 days. The available option depends on the complexity of the file and begins after payment and receipt of all required information.

How many revisions are included?

Every completed order includes two revision rounds based on the original agreed request. New directions or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.

Do you provide printing?

No. File Ready Studio prepares and corrects your digital artwork. You can then upload the completed file to VistaPrint or another printing company of your choice.

Are my files private?
